Please do not pull or tug on your piece! You may break the wire and closures which will cause the piece to fall apart.
The beads are generally sturdy and made out of strong materials, but still be gentle with your piece.
With enough force or impact against surfaces, the beads can develop scratches or may even crack.
Do not work out, swim, or shower with your BABYSPICE piece. Wear it with love <3
Customs
We do not sell the charms on their own! We constantly restock and switch up our charms to keep it fun and exciting!
Strictly no rush orders! Our lead time is 1-2 weeks 🙂
Price range of 700-3500, depending on the charms used.
We do not accept total remakes of customs made for others! The whole point of customs is that your piece is unique to only you 🙂 We can, however, gain inspiration from previous customs!

Grab and Lalamove shipping options are applicable to orders within Metro Manila
BABYSPICE currently only ships within the Philippines but may expand to worldwide shipping if in demand!
Payment Details
We accept the following payment methods:
Credit, debit cards, and GCash. Bank transfer through BDO.
Orders using bank transfer will be cancelled after 3 business days if unpaid.
Repairs
Complimentary repairs will be accommodated with a time window of 4-6 weeks, depending on the nature of the breakage.
In this case, customers are to shoulder shipment of the item to and from the seller. Reach out via Instagram for any concerns regarding repairs or breakages.
